Creighton flunkie

Whenever I go to a followup and my practitioner asks all the questions like, "Did you check your observations everytime before you urinate?," "After you urinate," "After swimming," etc, I always have to say "no."  There's always that one time that I'm barely able to make it to the bathroom anyway because I'm trying to drink more water.  Or, when I've left my class unattended to run to the bathroom.  Or, like yesterday, when I spent the day at the waterpark which had a dimly lit bathroom.  I always get marked as a poor charter.  It doesn't bother me too much because it only happens a handful of times a month and I never get complacent.  I'm just not perfect and I can't lie to her about being 100%.  My practitioner is so sweet about it.  I hope it won't go down in my permanent record ;)

  1. Well, I am right there with you....a Creighton Flunkie! But, seriously it sounds like you are doing a great job. I still have lots of improvement to do in the "observation" area. Thank you for the kind words on my blog. The supportive comments and prayers mean the world to me. God Bless!

  4. I cheat ALL THE TIME!!!!! Mostly post-Peak, but I cheat nonetheless. There's a learning curve, like with everything else. Be kind to yourself!

  5. I am so glad I'm not alone ladies!!! Thanks for the encouragement and reminders that there is a learning curve. I've been doing Taking Charge of your Fertility for 8 years and I didn't even pay attention to pre or post peak. Just looking for that peak. Jelly Belly- you are right the learning curve is steep. You can teach an old dog new tricks but it takes FOREVER!!!!!!!

    :P

We really just keep those records for ourselves, so we know what we have to do better FOR you. Not to cause you additional stress, hehe.
And truth be told... I haven't checked before using the bathroom in years... shhhhhh!!!
